I am a musician and I love listening to and sharing music with family and friends. I use the RSS feed as a news feed to check out what's happening on the Net, and then I use the last.fm music player to listen to what is new. I really enjoy the many songbird features like being able to find artists, search for specific lyrics or tags, and listen to multiple song at once. I also like the idea of being able to send a direct link to others so that they can listen to music on their own devices, and then maybe share with me on social networking sites. Other cool features that I love are being able to play all of the songs in my library at once using the top panel, sort the library by various parameters, and even have a complete album of my favorite songs so that when I click on one of them, it opens the album in songbird and plays that one song. It's a really great way to add to my listening experience. I just discovered it last week and really like it. The only drawback is that I have to login using my FaceBook account to get the Music player to recognize my music library.
