Here are a few styles for you to play with:
span.style1 {
font-weight: bold;
}
span.style2 {
font-style: italic;
}
span.style3 {
display: inline;
}
You can use some of these in your CSS without testing each of them. However, using these will override whatever font-weight, font-style, and display properties you have set.

Queens of the Stone Age have reunited with their original drummer Joey Castillo on stage for the first time in nearly six years.
The band, featuring Josh Homme and Dean Fertita, returned to the Voodoo Music Experience in New Orleans in October. The Australian music festival was one of the few occasions the Queens played together in 2009 following Castillo's departure from the group.
Castillo's return to Queens marks the first reunion of the trio since July 2008, when bassist Nick Oliveri was replaced by John Baker. The band has been sporadically playing together since then.
"I think we're ready to rock again," Homme said during a QOTSA appearance on his radio show. "We're gonna play some old-school songs like we did before we went into some kind of weird bubble world and created something that was just beyond any other band I'd ever heard."
Castillo responded on Twitter: " 01e38acffe

To determine the influence of body mass index on the management of morbidly obese patients and to determine the effect of weight loss on these outcomes. Prospective, descriptive study. Tertiary care medical center. One hundred fifty-eight morbidly obese patients, each of whom participated in one of five weight loss programs. Patients underwent bariatric surgery, nonoperative weight loss programs, or standard care in a variety of centers. Post-treatment body mass index, waist circumference, serum cholesterol, and weight-loss program adherence were measured. Morbid obesity was defined as a body mass index > or =40, and morbid obesity with a comorbid condition was defined as a body mass index > or =35 with the presence of at least one of the following comorbid conditions: (1) diabetes, (2) hypertension, or (3) hyperlipidemia. Forty-five percent of morbidly obese patients were treated with nonoperative weight loss programs. Twenty-five percent of morbidly obese patients had a body mass index > or =40. These patients were significantly older than patients with a body mass index or =35) was associated with a higher risk of mortality than morbid obesity without a comorbid condition (P The goal of our proposed training program is to provide a mentored clinical research experience to 6 M.D., Ph.D. and Ph.D. trainees in the nation's premier allergy and immunology training program. The principal investigator, David H. Hibbert, MD, M.P.H., will supervise the program, the applicant preceptors and the trainees. The program will provide 2-3 year trainees
